    I bought this chain, when it was on sale, to use as an ankle bracelet when I went on a recent trip to San Francisco. When I opened it, I loved the look and weight of the bracelet, the lobster claw clasp was really nice. I could tell the quality was really good. But, here’s the downsize. 9″ for an anklet is small. I could close it on my ankle but the fit was tight (almost cutting off my circulation). Now I am a thin woman, have regular proportions (no cankles here). Anyway, I ended up on my trip going into a local jeweler who told me that the standard for ankle bracelets is 10″ not 9″. So, unless you want this for a child or if you want to use it for an oversized bracelet (not an anklet), I would recommend you get a 10″.
