    I have sensitive skin and can’t wear any earrings unless they are surgical or stainless steel. This are great for basic daily wear. I don’t care for the design of the part that actually goes through the ear because it is flat and varies in thickness, which hurt until my ears got used to the new shape. I don’t think I would buy them again because of this, but I have them and will continue to wear them now that my ears are broken in to them.

    I purchased these for my bride and we both love them. The part that goes into the piercing is flat, not thin and round like a needle (as you’d expect) and the part that it clips down into to (to close) is awkward as well as it just pushes down in between two prongs, not really “closing”. Aside from these two things, I’m told they are comfortable and look really good. I agree with the rest, I don’t think I would have purchased them save for the Gold Box deal. ;)

    I ordered these at a gold box price ($8.99) which I couldn’t resist. It took me almost 3 days to get used to these earrings. When I put them in, they hurt my ears and I have had my ears pierced for over 30 years. I had never really experienced a problem like that before. After 3 days though I became used to them and they don’t bother me at all. I forget they are even in. These do not have a bright, silvery shine to them but I still like them. I really just couldn’t resist the price and what I really like about them is that the clasp is very secure. With some other earrings I have had problems with the back popping out of the clasp. I have showered and slept in these with no problems at all. I really do like them and would probably get another pair for they are great for casual, every day wear.
